Brooke Howarth
Hi My Name is Brooke Howarth - I started my horse passion at Shelby Equestrian when I was living in Sydney at the age of 7. My horse passion started going to Shelby Equestrian every Saturday morning helping out around the stables. From there, my parents with the special help from Rachelle bought my first Pony "Miss Money Penny" 13.3hh Palomino which was by life she took me through my first year at pony club which was Manly Warringah. Penny was my special pony that I loved and learnt how to ride she was well loved, R.I.P Penny we will always love you. After 2 years riding at Shelby and learning everything about horse from Rachelle we moved back Melbourne on our own Land.
Moving back to Melbourne and still doing Pony Club on Penny, I started to move forward and needed a new Pony. My next Pony was "Mr Presley - Elvis" 14.2hh Chestnut - he was a legend. I started Pony Club E Grade Showjumping at the age of 10 won 5 championships on him then moved to D Grade showjumping won another 6 Championships and then decided this is getting to easy and moved to C Grade - my first C Grade Showjumping we won over all champion, he was one Champion Jumper.
Mr Presley has now taken me to the EFA Australian Interschool Championships - National 2007 in Queensland for Eventing once in a life time opportunity.
Time moves on and I am now riding a 16hh TB - Zabeal - called Zabellen "Zac"- he is another awesome horse. My first Dressage Competition for Grade 2 Pony Club we won, our first Horse Trials we won. I have made State Championships for Dressage on him we are now heading down the eventing circuit EFA.
If it wasn't for Rachelle putting her faith and time in me I would not be where I am today and have the passion for Horse Riding - Thankyou so much Rachelle.
